Payment, Branding, and Responsibility

1. Parent payment: parents pay the institution, which controls retail price and collection and provides its required receipt. TeachersABC does not collect from mainland-China parents on the institution’s behalf.
2. Institution purchase: the institution periodically buys teacher-service hours. The formal payee and bank details appear on the LingoDos Inc invoice; the current USD account is Mercury.
3. Institution responsibility: the institution is responsible for sales promises, retail contracts, price, refund communication, local support, and any course or service content it adds.
4. TeachersABC responsibility: TeachersABC provides available teacher supply, the teaching-operations workspace, service-hour records, and agreed delivery support. It does not take ownership of the institution’s customer relationship or retail pricing.
5. Branding: ordinary pages may lead with the institution brand, but checkout, privacy, service terms, and necessary classroom pages must accurately identify operator, payee, and each party’s responsibility.
6. Teacher profiles: institutions may select display scope and appearance but may not rewrite verified identity, nationality, or experience facts or expose internal cost and other-institution information.
7. Credited hours: hours issued after cleared payment are generally not cash-refundable. Confirmed inability to deliver is handled through hour return, teacher replacement, make-up service, or the undelivered portion under signed terms.
8. Third parties: bank, network, video-classroom, email, and other failures are handled from verifiable records and responsibility; risks outside one party’s control are not automatically shifted entirely to that party.
9. Data responsibility: each party processes only what is needed for its role. Institutions obtain required authority before entering learner data and are responsible for data they export, copy, or share.
