After partnership approval, an initial purchase of at least RMB 1,000 in institution Credits establishes your TeachersABC partnership.
Credits are used for teacher lesson time and teaching services agreed in future orders.

How many lessons can I book with Credits?
The Qingping Starter Pack starts at RMB 1,000, fully credited to your institution Credits balance. Lesson numbers depend on the selected teacher and course; there is no fixed lesson-count promise. Conversion, booking and cancellation rules are confirmed before activation. Credits are teaching-service units, not withdrawable cash.
Do I need a contract or pay other fees?
After partnership approval, we confirm the agreement, purchase plan and each party’s responsibilities. The initial starter-pack purchase is at least RMB 1,000. Any additional website, material or service fees depend on the scope confirmed in writing before purchase; not all extras are automatically included and no automatic charge is implied.
Does the starter pack expire?
Starter-pack Credits are valid for 12 months. The start date, expiry balance and treatment of existing bookings are confirmed before activation. Further purchases and renewals follow the agreement; there is no automatic charge or renewal.
Which courses and age groups are supported?
We can discuss phonics, core English, everyday conversation and other courses around learners’ ages, levels and goals. We connect a network of 1000+ teachers, but do not promise that every teacher is bookable at every time. Courses, age suitability and schedules depend on actual availability.
Can I book courses for different learners?
You can arrange lessons for your institution’s students through the institution workspace. Each learner should use their own student account, with courses selected for their level, goals and schedule. Credit allocation and booking depend on the agreed plan and teacher availability; do not share student sign-in details.
Can I try the platform first?
Contact us to discuss the platform, partnership process and any demonstration or trial request. Trial accounts, sample lessons, scope and fees require separate confirmation. This page does not automatically activate a free trial or grant lesson credits.
How do I get support if I have a problem?
Before joining, we agree on contacts, support channels and scope. We assist with lesson scheduling, teacher coordination and system issues. Recruitment, local payments and student or parent relationships remain your responsibility. Use Contact us to explain your question or partnership needs.
How do I buy more Credits after joining?
After joining, use the agreed institution purchase channel or contact support to confirm an additional purchase. Amount, payment method, cleared payment and validity are agreed before purchase. This page currently provides enquiry links; online purchasing and payment are not yet connected.
