TeachersABC collects minimum institution and contact information and sends it through a signed connection into the MangoABC institution partnership pipeline.
Data Processing Notice
This notice helps institutions understand how information moves through partnership applications and live service. It does not replace a formal data processing agreement.
Live service
Approved institutions handle authorized learner, teacher, course, booking, service-hour, and feedback records in the unified system rather than a separate TeachersABC copy.
Institution responsibility
The institution is responsible for having the appropriate authority to enter learner and contact information and for providing necessary notices.
Access and separation
Access is limited by role and institution scope, with appropriate records for important actions.
Providers and international processing
Hosting, communication, classroom, and other providers process only what is needed for their service. Provider details and international arrangements are confirmed in the formal proposal and agreement.
